Personal Trainer

Job Summary:
Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach. As a part-time team member, you'll play a key roll in inspiring and guiding individuals toward their health and fitness goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about fitness to grow professionally in a supportive, community-focused environment. 

This role offers hands-on experience within the franchise industry and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. After 90 days, qualified team members may be considered for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for all members and prospective clients. 
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to develop personalized fitness plans. 
- Lead group fitness classes and offer one-on-one training sessions for members.
- Monitor and track members' progress, providing ongoing support and making fitness plan adjustments as needed
- Promote and sell memberships, training packages, and other services offered by Anytime Fitness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym environment, including all equipment and common areas. 
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and membership goals.
- Attend and participate in gym events and community outreach programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously expand knowledge in health and fitness.

Requirements:
- Passion for health and fitness, with a drive for continual learning and professional development
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire and motivate individuals and groups.
- Strong sales and marketing abilities.
