Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and certified SilverSneakers® Instructor to lead group fitness classes designed specifically for our older adult members. This role is perfect for a passionate fitness professional who values connection, movement, and the joy of helping others age actively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safe, engaging, and effective SilverSneakers® group fitness classes.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes member participation and retention.
• Provide modifications and guidance to accommodate various fitness levels and physical limitations.
• Monitor participants for proper form and technique; provide corrections as needed.
• Build rapport with members to foster a sense of community and belonging.
• Maintain class attendance records and report feedback to club management.
• Ensure studio area is clean, safe, and ready for each class.

Qualifications:

• Current SilverSneakers® Instructor Certification
• Group Fitness Instructor Certification (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM) 
• CPR/AED Certification (required).
• Prior experience working with older adults is highly preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and motivating demeanor.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time; weekday mornings preferred.
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience and certifications.
