Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Club Manager to lead our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness, thrives in a leadership role, and has a knack for building strong relationships with members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

         •       Oversee day-to-day operations of the club

         •       Lead, mentor, and develop staff members

         •       Drive membership sales and retention strategies

         •       Ensure the club meets Anytime Fitness standards of excellence in service and cleanliness

         •       Foster a positive and inclusive club culture

Qualifications:

         •       Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the fitness industry

         •       Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

         •       Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is a plus
