Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer

Do you love fitness? Do you enjoy working with people towards goals? Our personal training program is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire a personal trainer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic individual that is able to build relationships, give great workouts and deliver life-changing results.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, motivate, and coach members in 1:1 training sessions, small group sessions, and team workout sessions 
  • Match Anytime Fitness personal training programs with the member’s goals and abilities
  • Track, monitor and report each member’s progress while working to continue an ongoing personal training regimen with each client
  • Build long-term relationships with members and clients
  • Daily contact and follow-ups to keep clients engaged, motivated, and inspired, and to hold them accountable
  • Assist with community outreach and business partnerships to help grow the business
  • Help with club maintenance and cleaning responsibilities during downtime
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating and inspiring them to achieve their goals
  • Current CPR, AED and personal training certification(s) are a plus, but are not required 
  • Previous personal training experience is a plus, but not required 
  • Previous experience with fitness club management software (Club O/S, apps like My Fitness Pal) is a plus, but not required
  • Desire to continually learn new principles in the areas of training, overall fitness, health and nutrition
  • Hands on training and experience in areas such as corrective exercise, post-rehab, and injury prevention, are a plus
