Type: Part-Time

Compensation: Get paid for all non-sessions hours, plus earn commission on all training sessions rendered, up to $40/session and more!

As a Personal Trainer, you’re more than a coach—you’re a connector, motivator, and role model. You’ll help members feel seen, supported, and empowered to become their best selves.

What You’ll Do

• Build real relationships with members of all fitness level
• Execute personalized training programs for both 1-on-1 and small groups
• Track progress and celebrate wins—big and small
• Educate on movement, nutrition, and healthy habits
• Keep the gym environment safe, clean, and high-energy
• Collaborate with a team that values growth and excellence
