Responsibilities

• The Cashier plays a vital role in fostering positive customer relationships and ensuring accurate processing of transactions
• This position includes various responsibilities as directed by management
• Customer Engagement and Development
• Welcomes and interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Reviews completed services and processes customer billing
• Collaborates with management and technicians to address customer inquiries
• Handles phone inquiries in a professional manner
• Operational Duties
• Maintains a clean and organized customer service area
• Adheres to operational standards and procedures
