Description of the role:

We are looking for a dynamic Service Advisor to join our team at Antwerpen Clarksville Autopark in Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients regarding their vehicle service needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Manage service appointments and schedules
• Advise customers on necessary service repairs
• Estimate costs and time needed for repairs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive services and repairs
