Description of the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Toyota Sales Manager to join our team at Antwerpen Clarksville Autopark in Clarksville, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive sales management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Benefits:
