Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer service-oriented individual to join our team at Antwerpen Hyundai Catonsville as an Automotive Service Cashier. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by efficiently and accurately handling all automotive service transactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in handling cash transactions and basic math skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with their service needs
• Accurately process payment transactions for automotive services, including cash, credit cards, and checks
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
• Answer phone calls and schedule service appointments for customers
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous answers to customer inquiries regarding service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and customer waiting area
• Follow all safety protocols in handling cash and maintaining customer confidentiality
