Automotive Service Advisor - CDJR

Join Antwerpen Automotive as an Automotive Service Advisor specializing in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) vehicles. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive service, ensuring exceptional customer experience while efficiently managing service appointments and communication between the service team and clients. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining the high standards of our service department in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Provide clear and detailed estimates of repair costs and timelines to customers.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage service records and documentation accurately in the dealership’s system.
• Promote additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
• Collaborate with parts and service teams to resolve any issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CDJR vehicles and automotive service terminology highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high-volume service environment effectively.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software related to automotive service management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
