Automotive BDC Sales Associate

Antwerpen Automotive is seeking a motivated Automotive BDC Sales Associate to join our Chevrolet team in Sykesville, MD. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team to maximize dealership performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Schedule appointments between customers and sales staff to ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CDK CRM system.
• Follow up on leads generated through internet, phone, and walk-ins to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Provide timely and professional communication to customers regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or BDC roles is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software, especially CDK, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-focused mindset.
