Antwerpen Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager with a proven track record to lead and oversee our service department. This position requires a dedicated professional who can ensure exceptional customer service, drive operational efficiency, and manage service team performance to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate service technicians and staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement service processes and standards to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate with parts and sales departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Monitor and manage departmental budget, labor costs, and inventory levels.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze and improve service department processes.
  • Familiarity with automotive service software and management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
