Description of the role:

The Antwerpen Chevrolet Service Advisor at Antwerpen Automotive in Sykesville, MD will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs
• Recommend services and products based on vehicle requirements
• Schedule appointments and manage service orders
• Communicate with service technicians and provide updates to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and service procedures
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
