Description of the role:
The Antwerpen Toyota Service BDC at Antwerpen Clarksville Autopark is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team. This role involves coordinating with customers for service appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to schedule service appointments
- Confirm appointments through phone and email
- Provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with service department to ensure timely completion of appointments
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
