Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Install and maintain tires on cars, trucks, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotating tires according to manufacturer specifications and shop procedures
• Perform basic tire services such as puncture repairs, valve replacements, and tire pressure assessments
• Follow safety protocols and comply with OSHA and company standards, including wearing protective gear and handling equipment and tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working order
• Communicate vehicle and vehicle repair information to other service employees as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Must possess the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
