Customer Service Representative

Anderson Mazda is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.  We’re a family-owned business that began in Nebraska over 30 years ago. Anderson Auto Group consists of eight retail locations in Nebraska and Missouri.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greets all walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct phone traffic in a polite, professional and cheerful manner
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
• Perform follow-up sales calls on service quotes 
• Update and maintain the store scheduler with Service Manager
• Asks for the sale and/or attempts to schedule customers for a service appointment 
• Assist the Store Managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
• Call center sales experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills
• Professional personal appearance
