Pay: $50,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday with an occasional Saturday

Anderson & Koch Ford is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, know your way around vehicles, and take pride in getting the details right, we would like to hear from you.

Our parts department supports retail and wholesale customers, service technicians, and our collision center. We need someone who can help customers find the right parts, keep orders organized, and follow through from the initial request to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers and technicians identify and order the correct parts.

• Answer phone calls and assist customers at the parts counter.

• Use electronic parts catalogs to look up parts and verify fitment.

• Prepare quotes, process sales, and handle returns accurately.

• Receive shipments, stock shelves, and help maintain accurate inventory.

• Follow up on special orders and communicate availability and delivery times.

• Keep the parts department clean and organized.

• Work with the service and collision departments to keep repairs moving.

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive parts or dealership experience preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage several requests at once.

• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.

• Dependable attendance and a willingness to help wherever needed.

• Ability to safely handle parts shipments and perform the physical duties of the position.

Ford parts experience and familiarity with CDK are a plus. We will also consider candidates with related automotive experience who are willing to learn.
