Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused Body Shop Estimator to join our collision center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed estimates, and serving as a liaison between customers, insurance companies, and our repair technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate, itemized repair estimates using estimating software.

• Communicate clearly with customers about the repair process, insurance claims, and timeline expectations.

• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely and efficient repairs.

• Work with insurance adjusters and companies to facilitate approvals and claim processes.

• Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all estimates and repair orders.

• Uphold high standards of customer service and ensure a positive experience throughout the repair process.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a body shop estimator or in a similar collision repair role.

• Proficiency with estimating software (CCC One preferred).

• Strong understanding of insurance claim procedures.

• Understanding of DRP Procedures.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• I-CAR certification or willingness to continue I-CAR training.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
