Job Description:
Anderson and Koch Ford is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our busy service department. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-driven, and focused on providing high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair. You’ll work in a collaborative environment alongside certified professionals who share your commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction. This position is on site at Anderson & Koch Ford in North Branch, MN. Qualified applicants will need to commute to this location.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Pay: $50,000-$80,000 per year based on previous experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical

• Accurately complete repair orders and document work performed

• Conduct road tests when necessary to ensure proper performance and safety

• Communicate with service advisors to provide updates and recommend additional services

• Follow all manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist in mentoring apprentice or junior technicians

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive service technician preferred

• Ford certification or willingness to obtain

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair software

• Excellent attention to detail and work ethic

• Team-oriented and dependable
