Essential Job Functions
- Serve as first-level support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
- Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access using Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Install, update, and support business applications and operating systems
- Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the IT ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to IT Director as needed
- Support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and decommissioning user accounts and equipment
- Assist with basic network support, including connectivity and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Follow IT policies and best practices related to security and data protection
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
- Working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Prior experience supporting a multi-location or fast-paced business environment
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
