Automotive Receptionist

Anderson Ford North is on the move and we are looking for talented, customer focused Receptionist to join our team.  We’re a family-owned business that began in Nebraska over 30 years ago.  We believe in doing business in a way that builds up the community around us, and we have centered our mission on valuing people.  Anderson Auto Group consists of eight retail locations in Nebraska and Missouri.

HOURS:

• Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
• Assist the General Manager with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Work with department managers to keep abreast of new products and services offered by the dealership and any changes in price.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
• Manage inventory, organize and cleanliness of small convenience store.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Professional personal appearance
