Turn Business Relationships Into Long-Term Fleet Accounts

Ancira Auto Group is looking for a FLORESVILLE-BASED Fleet Sales Representative who enjoys developing business, helping customers solve transportation needs, and managing relationships that can grow over time.

You will work with commercial businesses, municipalities, governmental organizations, and other fleet customers to identify opportunities and recommend vehicles, upfits, financing, leasing, service programs, and other practical fleet solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Find and develop new fleet and commercial customers.
• Build relationships with business owners and organizational decision-makers.
• Maintain an active prospecting plan and sales pipeline.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and vehicle recommendations.
• Coordinate ordering, upfitting, transportation, make-ready, delivery, title, and registration.
• Keep customer and sales activity accurately documented in the CRM.
• Stay responsive before, during, and after the sale.
• Work closely with dealership management, accounting, finance, title, service, parts, make-ready, and outside vendors.

What You’ll Bring

• Professional communication and relationship-development skills.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with CRM systems, email, telephone, texting, video, mobile devices, and web-based technology.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, deadlines, deliveries, and competing priorities.
• Fleet, commercial sales, account-management, automotive, purchasing, or business-development experience is preferred.
• A valid Texas driver license and ability to meet vehicle-insurability requirements are required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish capability is helpful.
