Ancira CJDR is hiring Certified Automotive Technicians to join our Service Team. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7-5 8-6. Alternating Saturdays 8-3

Compensation: $30 - $60 Flag Rate Depending on Experience/Certifications

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Maintain high levels of workmanship, productivity, and efficiency
• Accurately document work performed on repair orders
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• Automotive technician certification required for the Automotive Technician role
• Quality-focused, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving and insurability requirements
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
