Prime Wealth Management, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services located in Tulsa, OK, is seeking licensed Associate Financial Advisor to join our innovative and dynamic team. At Ameriprise Financial we help people feel confident about their financial future by providing comprehensive financial planning and investment consulting to families, individuals, and small organizations to help achieve financial goals and simplify their financial lives.
Job Purpose:
Working alongside an experience advisor, helping them service their clients. Top-level client service is key in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Case analysis
- Prepping financial planning recommendations
- Running hypothetical illustrations
- Investment research
- Create investment recommendations
- Prepping visual aids to be used in client meetings
- Completing trades and transactions
- Conduct client meetings and reviews
- Prospect for new clients via events, seminars and natural market
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Clients/assets to bring over and take on additional clients
- Fully licensed (Series 7, 66, and Life/Health license)
- 3+ years of being a financial advisor or financial services experience
- Pleasant, professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Highly organized, accurate, and attention to detail
- Proven analytical and independent problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong personal and business ethics and integrity
- Desire to grow and learn within the practice
