Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Strengthen client relationships by collecting client information, addressing inquiries and supporting with strategy implementation.
- Trading and Money Movement: Execute trades, process transactions and monitor account performance.
- Financial Plan Preparation: Help develop and maintain client financial plans by gathering and updating data in financial planning software to assess current financial situations and determine financial goals.
- Operations: Ensure paperwork and applications are prepared, signed and submitted accurately.
- Meeting Prep: Organize materials, document action items, and manage follow-ups.
- Client Education: Help clients navigate digital tools (e.g., eSignature, uploading documents, and accessing statements).
Experience, Education and Licensing Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- Licenses: Series 7, 66 (or a combination of the 63 & 65)
- Preferred Experience: 3 years in financial services or wealth management and trading.
- Preferred Tools Experience: Salesforce, Thomson, Vestmark and MoneyGuide
