We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team and support the delivery of a high-quality, consistent client experience.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role and a critical part of the overall client journey. The Client Relationship Manager plays an essential role in coordinating client service, supporting advisors, and ensuring efficient, professional office operations.

Position Overview
The Client Relationship Manager provides comprehensive client service, administrative, and operational support to the advisory team. This individual works closely with advisors, internal team members, and external partners to ensure seamless scheduling, effective follow-up, and consistent service delivery.
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Office Support
- Deliver exceptional, professional service through responsive client interactions
- Serve as a backup to the Client Experience Manager and Part-Time Assistant for client scheduling and coordination
- Monitor and respond to client and internal emails as needed
- Ensure clients are assigned and serviced according to the appropriate Group Service Frequency (GSF) model
- Represent the firm’s values in all client, vendor, wholesaler, and corporate interactions
Client Service & Advisor Support
- Prepare client meeting agendas and materials as directed by advisors
- Provide post-meeting follow-up support for advisors and clients
- Prepare and process forms and applications in accordance with Ameriprise Financial requirements
- Assist clients in navigating Ameriprise tools, resources, and internal processes
- Utilize financial service tools and workflows to enhance the client experience
Administrative & Operational Support
- Scan, store, and organize documents in accordance with firm and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate client data and records within the CRM
- Identify opportunities to improve office workflows and service processes
- Plan and prioritize daily tasks using calendars, to-do lists, and workflow management tools
- Provide general administrative support and complete special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience in client relationship management, financial services, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, service-oriented, and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with Ameriprise Financial tools and procedures is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $26–$29 hourly, based on experience
- Non-exempt
- Paid Time Off: 17 days PTO and 7 paid holidays
- Hybrid Flexibility: 10 work-from-home days annually
- Retirement Plan: 401(k) with a 3% employer non-elective contribution (no employee contribution required)
