Role Overview

The Paraplanner will:

  • Prepare for client meetings, including gathering and organizing data, reports, and recommendations.
  • Attend client meetings to provide support through note-taking, case management, and follow-up.
  • Assist advisors with trades, transactions, and service requests.
  • Manage meeting prep and follow-up workflows for advisors and support the Client Service Associate (CSA) team.
  • Dedicate weekly study hours toward professional development and licensing.
  • Shadow senior advisors and gradually take on more client-facing responsibilities.

This role is ideal for candidates who are licensed (Series 7/66, Life & Health) or working toward licensing, and who aspire to grow into a lead advisor position in the future.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in financial planning, wealth management, or client service a plus.
  • Licensing (Series 7/66, Life & Health) preferred; willingness to pursue required.
  • Having the CFP is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn in a team environment.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $60,000 – $80,000+, depending on licensing and experience.
