Koney Wealth Advisors, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Client Service Associate. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations. As an employee of an independent advisor franchisee within Ameriprise Financial, you will provide essential support that allows the team to focus on client acquisition and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will evolve over time to align with the needs of the practice. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Administrative & Client Support
- Prepare correspondence for the advisor’s signature.
- Schedule client appointments and prepare agendas and necessary forms.
- Conduct client appointment reminder and follow-up calls.
- Greet clients upon arrival and provide a welcoming experience.
- Document client interactions and maintain records in the client management system.
Operational & Organizational Support
- Assist advisors, planning assistants, paraplanners, and associate financial advisors.
- Coordinate and track projects to ensure timely completion.
- Manage electronic filing, scanning, and organizing meeting/event logistics.
- Copy, track, and follow up on business correspondence with the home office.
- Maintain and update client records, tracking special events and key milestones.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure adherence to Ameriprise Financial guidelines and industry regulations.
- Support and provide guidance for compliance-related matters within the practice.

Qualifications
- College degree or higher preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative support, financial services, or client relations is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting income range: $30/hr - $35/hr
- Quarterly bonus eligibility

Working Schedule
- Hours:
- Monday: 8am to 4:30pm
- Tuesday: 8am to 4pm
- Wednesday: 8am to 4:30pm
- Thursday: 8am to 4pm
- Friday: 8am to 3pm
