Client Service Specialist

Ardent Wealth Advisors, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join their team. This role provides critical administrative and operational support, ensuring seamless client experiences and efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client on boarding and account opening/maintenance
• Prepare and manage paperwork for client accounts
• Oversee all aspects of the CEO’s day, including scheduling and task management
• Manage the Financial Advisor’s calls, emails, and texts
• Hold the Financial Advisor accountable for operational tasks
• Transcribe meeting notes and identify key action items
• Think ahead and anticipate business needs proactively
• Provide clear and professional client communications
• Ensure seamless coordination and follow-through on operational tasks

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a self-resolution mindset
• Capable of multitasking while maintaining high attention to detail
• Highly skilled in client communications with a professional and confident demeanor
• Acts with integrity and demonstrates accountability
• Goal-oriented with the ability to provide insight and solutions to the Financial Advisor
• Extensive and thorough training will be provided—prior industry experience is beneficial but not required for a quick learner

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year, commensurate with experience 
• Benefits: $400 towards health insurance stipend
• Retirement: 3% 401(k) match
• Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays
• Sick Pay: 40 hours per year
• Work Environment: In-office role with the opportunity to work from home two days a week after 90 days and flexible work schedule
