Calander Wealth is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to the Owner/CEO. This position is designed for a high-level operator who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and takes ownership of both business and personal execution.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Business Support

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing priorities across business initiatives
  • Prepare materials, reports, and communications for meetings and key projects
  • Track ongoing initiatives and ensure timely follow-through across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate with internal team members to drive alignment and execution

Calendar & Priority Management

  • Own complex calendar management, scheduling, and coordination across business and personal commitments
  • Serve as a gatekeeper for the CEO’s time, ensuring alignment with top priorities
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively adjust as needed

Personal & Household Management

  • Oversee household logistics including bill pay, appointments, and personal scheduling
  • Coordinate personal commitments with the same level of organization and attention as business priorities
  • Ensure seamless integration between personal and professional responsibilities

Proactive Execution & Problem Solving

  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and outstanding tasks—then take action without prompting
  • Bring structure to ambiguous situations and create clear next steps
  • Operate with a high level of ownership and accountability in all areas

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
  • Proven ability to operate independently and anticipate needs without direction
  • Experience managing both business and personal responsibilities for an executive
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment

Compensation & Work Structure

We offer a competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance:

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience) – exempt
    • bonus potential
