Licensed Client Service Specialist
Location: In-Office (Mon–Thurs) | Remote (Fridays after 90-days)
Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 + Annual Bonus

Calander Wealth is seeking a professional, detail-oriented licensed Client Service Specialist to join our close-knit, high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the financial services industry who is passionate about providing exceptional client service and supporting operational excellence.

About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of client service and back-office operations. You’ll work closely with advisors and team members to ensure an efficient and client-focused experience. While much of the work is behind the scenes, you will also interact with clients via calls, meeting prep, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for and follow up on client meetings, including documentation and communication
• Process paperwork, manage account service requests, and maintain CRM data
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries
• Support advisors and leadership with administrative and operational tasks
• Collaborate across the team to maintain a seamless and supportive client experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to thrive in a small team environment where culture and fit matter

 What We Offer

• Competitive salary: $60,000–$65,000
