The Keever Group prioritizes delivering exceptional financial advice and personalized service to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to support our team and contribute to our clients' financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Placing Trades: Execute trades accurately and efficiently on behalf of our clients.
  • Rebalancing: Monitor and rebalance client portfolios to maintain alignment with investment strategies.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend client meetings, take comprehensive notes, and ensure follow-up actions are documented and addressed.
  • Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing materials and agendas for client meetings to ensure productive and informed discussions.
  • Opportunity Identification: Develop and implement a system to identify new opportunities and enhance client portfolios.
  • Client Interaction: Gradually take on direct client interactions and meetings, providing high-quality service and support.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Series 7, Series 66 and Life & Health required or obtained within six months.
  • Relevant experience in financial planning, investment management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting at $65,000-$75,000 per year with bonus potential and growth opportunities.
  • Competitive benefits package: a 401k with a match, PTO and paid holidays.
  • This position does not offer health insurance but offers a Health Insurance stipend of $300 per month.
