Administrative Assistant
Amberstone Wealth, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will be in office and needs to be available to work 32 - 40 hours per week.
Job Purpose:
Serve as a Administrative Assistant by providing exceptionally friendly, helpful, and high-quality service to our clients while assisting with scheduling, maintaining a welcoming office environment, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Reception & Main Line: Answer and direct calls, log inquiries, and manage mail.
- Client Interaction: Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive office experience.
- Scheduling: Manage advisor calendars, schedule meetings and follow-ups, and coordinate client events, including invitations and RSVPs.
- Administrative Support Backup:
- Upload documents to Box and Salesforce CRM.
- Update household relationships and data in Salesforce CRM
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a reception, administrative, or client service role, ideally in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with a client-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong personal and business ethics and integrity.
Salary and Benefits:
- Compensation: $20-$23 per hour
