Amberstone Wealth, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will be in office and needs to be available to work 32 - 40 hours per week.

Job Purpose:

Serve as a Administrative Assistant by providing exceptionally friendly, helpful, and high-quality service to our clients while assisting with scheduling, maintaining a welcoming office environment, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception & Main Line: Answer and direct calls, log inquiries, and manage mail.
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive office experience.
  • Scheduling: Manage advisor calendars, schedule meetings and follow-ups, and coordinate client events, including invitations and RSVPs.
  • Administrative Support Backup:

          - Upload documents to Box and Salesforce CRM.

          - Update household relationships and data in Salesforce CRM

          - Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a reception, administrative, or client service role, ideally in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a client-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong personal and business ethics and integrity.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Compensation: $20-$23 per hour
