Position Overview:
As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and enhancing their financial well-being. You will work closely with senior advisors, participating in client meetings, presenting key components, and providing essential follow-up through summary letters and written recommendations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about financial planning, eager to grow, and aligned with our practice's core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring all client concerns are addressed.
  • Presentation: Present specific sections of client meetings, demonstrating knowledge and confidence.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive summary letters following client meetings, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Research & Recommendations: Conduct in-depth research and develop planning and investment recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Licensing: Must be fully licensed with the Series 7, Series 66 and life & health or obtain required licenses within six months of hire.
  • Practice Values: Demonstrate a strong alignment with our practice values—Family, Integrity, Knowledge, and Thoroughness—in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Licensing: Fully licensed or the ability to obtain necessary licenses within six months.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with clients in a financial planning or advisory role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Growth-Oriented: A desire to grow within the practice, with potential for ownership opportunities.
  • Alignment: A strong alignment with our practice values—Family, Integrity, Knowledge, and Thoroughness.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience, with variable opportunities.
