Operations Manager

FutureFWD Advisors, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive licensed Operations Manager to support our growing team. This remote role requires working Eastern Time Zone hours and focuses on meeting preparation, follow-ups, business processing, trades, and transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services operations and either hold the necessary licenses or be willing to obtain them within six months. This position offers growth opportunities within the practice, from operations to becoming a client facing advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up – Ensure all pre- and post-meeting tasks are completed, including agenda creation, note-taking, and action item tracking.
• Business Processing – Manage and oversee operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all client transactions.
• Trades & Transactions – Support and process trades, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Compliance & Licensing – Maintain regulatory compliance, completing or obtaining required licenses within six months if not already licensed.
• Client & Team Support – Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes and enhance client service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in financial services operations, client service, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and follow-through on action items.
• Familiarity with financial transactions, trading, and compliance requirements.
• Required licenses (series 7, 66, Life and Health) or willingness to obtain them within six months.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, financial platforms, and remote collaboration tools.
