Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—schedule meetings, greet clients, manage communications through email, phone, etc., and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Meeting Preparation: Assist financial advisors by gathering required documents, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring all details are ready for client meetings.
  • Follow-Up Coordination: Track and complete post-meeting action items within established timelines.
  • Client Service Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve service-related issues with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, manage social media channels, maintain up-to-date marketing materials, and coordinate client and company events.
  • Office Administration: Oversee general office operations, including managing supplies, handling mail, and maintaining organized files.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s degree or higher in a related field required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with standard office software and open to learning new tools.
  • Client-Focused Mindset: Passion for building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Classification: Non-exempt position.
  • Hourly Rate: $24–$28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
