Location: Lakeville, MN | Hybrid role – 2 days in office

We’re looking for a Paraplanner to join our tight-knit service team located in Lakeville, MN. This role has the opportunity to make a long-term impact in a client-focused, values-driven environment.

About the Role:

As a key member of our service team, the Paraplanner will provide critical support to the lead advisor by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and supporting day-to-day client service needs. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is passionate about providing high-quality client care, without the pressure to move into an advisory role in the near future.

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Licensed (Series 7 and/or 66 preferred)
• Experienced in financial planning or client service within a wealth management or advisory practice
• Happy and fulfilled in a paraplanner role long-term
• Professional, approachable, and enjoys building relationships
• Meticulous with details and skilled at follow-through
• An excellent communicator – both verbal and written
• A strong cultural fit with our collaborative, supportive, and client-first team (aka our "Kite")

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update financial plans and investment proposals
• Assist with client meeting prep and follow-up actions
• Process investment trades and account service requests
• Research investment options and product solutions
• Maintain client records and documentation in CRM systems
• Support overall office operations and advisor workflow
