About the Role

Encore Wealth Management Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial located in Louisville, KY is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing professional to fully own and elevate our marketing function.

This role is designed for a marketing professional who can balance creativity with structure, execute campaigns with consistency, and track marketing performance through measurable business outcomes. The Marketing Specialist will partner closely with leadership, Business Development, and the Event Coordinator to ensure cohesive brand messaging and client engagement.

This is a full ownership marketing role focused on storytelling, planning discipline, and measurable ROI.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Execution

• Own social media strategy and content execution
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns, announcements, and event promotions
• Maintain consistent brand voice and storytelling across platforms
• Capture and develop real-time marketing content within the office environment

Content, Digital, and Email Marketing

• Create and post digital content across social platforms
• Produce basic graphic and visual marketing materials
• Manage email marketing communications and campaign scheduling
• Ensure marketing assets are prepared in advance of launches

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance
• Track marketing ROI and report insights to leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness based on data

Planning & Process Management

• Build and maintain marketing calendars
• Plan campaigns using 30-, 60-, and 90-day timelines
• Develop repeatable marketing processes to support long-term consistency

Collaboration

• Partner with Event Coordinator and Business Development teams
• Align marketing, events, and business initiatives
• Support firm leadership with marketing execution for strategic initiatives

• Comfortable working independently within a small team environment
• Strong in brand storytelling and content creation
• Data-driven with a focus on measurable results

Preferred backgrounds include advertising agencies, professional services marketing, or financial services marketing environments.

Qualifications

Required

• 2–5+ years of marketing experience
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

• Marketing, communications, or related degree
• Experience in structured marketing or agency environments
• Copywriting experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Classification: Exempt, salary position
• Hourly Range: $55,000-65,000/annually, commensurate with experience
• Bonus Opportunities: Eligible for annual bonus programs
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (in-office; 30-minute lunch)
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 18 days in the first year (prorated), increasing annually
• Paid Holidays: 7 per year
