Schedule: Part-time, 10–20 hours per week - candidates must reside in CST or EST zones
Compensation: 1099 contractor, $25-$30 per hour
About the Role
Martin’s Financial Consulting Group is seeking a Research & Client Resources Analyst to support complex, high-touch financial planning needs. This role is ideal for a self-directed researcher who enjoys diving into nuanced client questions and translating findings into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on client-specific financial planning topics, including, but not limited to:
- Support areas such as:
- Special needs and healthcare resources
- Cross-border and international client considerations
- Relocation planning (U.S. ↔ international)
- Government & nonprofit programs
- Small business planning
- Executive benefits
- Analyze qualitative and comparative data and synthesize findings into written summaries, bullet points, and research briefs.
- Validate and supplement AI-assisted research with human analysis and judgment.
- Make introductory outreach calls to external organizations or resources to gather information as needed.
- Develop research templates and organize documentation within the firm’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the advisor to clarify research scope and refine deliverables.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in research, analysis, or a related role.
- Financial services or financial planning familiarity strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing ambiguous or evolving requests.
- Intellectual curiosity and confidence asking clarifying questions.
- CRM (Salesforce) experience a plus.
