Financial Planning Specialist

Carl Friedemann, a Private Wealth Advisor located in Poway, CA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Planning Specialist to join his team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting clients and the advisor through a variety of essential functions, ensuring seamless service and precise investment management. We are looking for someone who can deliver outstanding client experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Service: Provide excellent client service by managing phone calls, directing inquiries, and respond to all client needs.
• Meeting Prep: Assist with preparing materials for client meetings, including reviewing financial plans, gathering relevant data, and compiling reports.
• Investment Selection: Support the advisor in researching and selecting investment options aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Trading and money movement: Execute trades and process transactions in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in financial planning or wealth management is preferred.
• Hold the Series 7, Series 66 and life & health is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle client interactions with ease.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of investment products and trading processes.
• Proficiency with financial planning tools and software is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $58,000 - $62,000, based on experience and bonus opportunities.
