Role Overview:

As a Client Service Specialist with our practice, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Financial Advisors in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including trading activities, meeting preparation, and financial planning assistance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Meeting Preparation: Collaborate with Financial Advisors to prepare for client meetings, gather necessary financial information, and create client-ready materials.
  • Scheduling Coordinator:  Set up and maintain client service model.  Ensure clients are scheduled within their given schedule model.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with clients and deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and providing solutions as needed.
  • Financial Planning Preparation: Assist in the development of comprehensive financial plans, conducting research, and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Compliance Adherence: Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and internal policies to ensure all activities align with legal and ethical standards.
  • Trading Support: Facilitate and execute investment trades on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines while striving for optimal outcomes

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Willing to obtain the Series 7 License, Series 66 License, Life & Health Insurance License
    • Practice will support you obtaining your licensure
  • Prior clerical experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $45,000-$50,000 per year – commensurate with experience/licensing
  • We offer competitive benefits package including health insurance paid for by the employer. 401k with a 4% match after one year of employment, opportunity for profit sharing, PTO and paid holidays.
