Join our team as an Air Duct Cleaning Technician and be a part of our mission to deliver top-notch service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the HVAC system in a building and developing a comprehensive cleaning plan to achieve maximum effectiveness. You will provide outstanding customer service, offer system improvement and maintenance suggestions, and quote cleaning prices for both residential and commercial HVAC cleaning projects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to increase your income and company revenue by selling related services, such as dryer vent cleaning, as well as other services offered by AmeriClean.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the HVAC system within commercial and residential structures and develop an appropriate cleaning plan.
• Suggest a routine maintenance plan for cleaning and promote our Lint Free Club service to customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service that represents the high standards of Americlean.
• Use imaging equipment such as ferret cams, cameras, and other tools to inspect and evaluate HVAC systems before and after cleaning.
• Quote cleaning prices for residential and commercial HVAC cleaning projects.
• Help customers get the most out of our services by suggesting related options and add-ons that fit their needs.
• Keep your assigned vehicle and Americlean equipment well-maintained, both mechanically and in terms of cleanliness.
• Complete daily paperwork on time and submit it for billing promptly.
• Share your suggestions for improving services and identifying new opportunities with your supervisor to help drive AmeriClean's growth.

Requirements:

• Adherence to company policies, manuals, and procedures.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Must frequently lift and/or move fifty pounds or greater.
• May work in confined spaces or heights of ten feet or more.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Able to meet DOT requirements.
