Join our team as a Restoration Technician and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service to our clients. As a Restoration Technician you will help people when they need it the most. In this dynamic role, you will not only clean and restore people's belongings after house fires, but also inventory, pack, and remove and return their damaged belongings. You'll also assist in performing demolition for water and mold damaged homes and help with other restoration services such as flood remediation. Responsibilities:

• Conducting on-site evaluations to determine the extent of the damage to customer belongings.
• Cleaning, restoring, and deodorizing customers' personal property and structural items.
• Packing, inventorying, and transporting damaged belongings to our shop for restoration.
• Performing demolition work for water and mold damaged homes as needed
• Assisting with other restoration services such as flood remediation
• Providing exceptional customer service that represents the high standards of our company
• Help customers get the most out of our services by suggesting related options and add-ons that fit their needs.
• Keeping your assigned vehicle and equipment well-maintained, both mechanically and in terms of cleanliness
• Completing daily paperwork on time and submitting it for billing promptly
• Sharing your suggestions for improving services and identifying new opportunities with your supervisor to help drive the company's growth.

Requirements:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and solicit feedback.

• Adherence to company policies, manuals, and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Must frequently lift and/or move fifty pounds or greater.
• May work in confined spaces or heights of ten feet or more.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needs arise.
• Able to meet DOT requirements.
