Employee Services Specialist

America’s Home Health Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Employee Services Specialist to support caregiver compliance, engagement, and retention. This role works closely with branch teams to ensure caregivers have the documentation, communication, and support needed to remain successful throughout their employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and maintain employee files, hiring documents, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor credentials and outstanding documentation to ensure employee files remain current.

• Partner closely with branch teams to support caregiver success and resolve employee concerns.

• Conduct caregiver follow-ups and check-ins to promote engagement and retention.

• Support employee reactivation and retention initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

• Identify potential retention concerns and proactively coordinate solutions with branch leadership.

• Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, HR, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with HR paperwork, hiring documents, onboarding, or employee records required.

• Home care, home health, or healthcare compliance experience strongly preferred.

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.

• Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently.

• Experience with Salesforce, ATS, or home care management systems preferred.
