Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing department, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight

• Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and clinical best practices

• Conduct resident assessments and coordinate care plans in partnership with physicians, families, and other staff

• Monitor resident health and safety, addressing concerns promptly and effectively

• Oversee medication management, infection control, and quality assurance programs

• Mentor and develop nursing team members to maintain a high standard of care
  
  

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) with experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative teams

• Thorough understanding of state healthcare regulations

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Passion for providing resident-centered care
