American Dental Associates is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our Lawrence office team.

We are seeking someone with 1-2+ years of dental assisting experience who is ready to take on more responsibility, support our doctors and patients, and help create a smooth, organized, 5-star dental experience every day.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting doctors during dental procedures
• Preparing rooms, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining clinical flow
• Managing back office inventory and supply orders
• Supporting excellent customer service for our patients and doctors
• Working closely with the team to keep the office running smoothly
• Helping train and onboard new assistants as we continue to grow
• Leading by example with professionalism, organization, and teamwork

Ideal Candidates Have:

• 1-2+ years of dental assisting experience required
• Strong clinical assisting skills
• Interest or experience in leadership, training, or back office operations
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• Dedication to patient care and team success
• Dentrix Ascend knowledge is a plus, but training can be provided

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Flexible schedule options
• No Saturdays or Sundays
