What You’ll Do
- Serve as a welcoming, professional first impression for patients
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with confidence
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care efficiently
- Review treatment plans and help patients understand insurance and financial expectations
- Collect copays and payments at the time of service
- Maintain accurate patient records using our dental software
- Collaborate closely with doctors, assistants, and management to ensure a smooth patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone
- Comfort working on a computer throughout the day and navigating multiple systems
- Confidence discussing financial information in a professional, patient-focused manner
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Positive attitude with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
