Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting during general and specialty procedures

• Leading by example and supporting assistant training and onboarding

• Taking digital X-rays and intraoral scans using Dentrix Ascend

• Maintaining operatory flow, sterilization standards, and OSHA compliance

• Managing supply inventory and ensuring clinical areas are stocked and organized

• Supporting the patient experience from start to finish with clear communication and kindness

Ideal Candidates Have:

• 1+ year of dental assisting experience

• Interest or experience in team leadership or managing back office operations

• Excellent communication, organization, and clinical skills

• A positive, professional attitude and dedication to patient care

• Dentrix Ascend knowledge is a plus (training provided if needed)
