What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and check in patients, providing a 5-Star customer service experience to ensure they feel informed and comfortable
  • Answer phone calls, texts, and emails to assist with scheduling, answering questions, and providing necessary details about appointments and services
  • Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly and supportively
  • Manage appointments and handle confidential medical information, ensuring accurate records and smooth office operations
  • Use dental practice management software and Google Docs to stay organized (training provided)
  • Problem-solve and maintain professionalism in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills – You’ll be the face of the office, interacting with patients and the dental team throughout the day.
  • Comfortable with technology – You’ll use Google Docs and other dental software to stay on top of tasks.
  • Attention to detail – Accuracy is crucial when scheduling, handling payments, and managing patient records.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills – We need someone who can think on their feet and manage multiple priorities.
  • A positive, professional attitude – Our office environment is fast-paced, so a friendly demeanor and courteous professionalism are key.
