COMPENSATION

Caregivers can expect to earn $12–$16 per hour, based on experience.

MAKE AN IMPACT IN EVERY HOME YOU ENTER

As an Amada caregiver, you will provide personalized, non-medical support that helps elderly clients maintain their safety, comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support to elderly clients in their homes
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, showering, toileting, and dressing
• Reminding clients to take prescribed medications
• Assisting with mobility inside and outside the home, including walking and appointments
• Planning and preparing meals
• Completing grocery shopping or accompanying clients as needed
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Observing, reporting, and responding appropriately to changes in condition or emergencies
• Encouraging and assisting with activities essential to daily living

WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN THE TEAM

We’re looking for caregivers who are ready to bring professionalism, compassion, reliability, and dedication to every client they serve.

Qualifications include:

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
• Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home address
• Ability and willingness to work with both male and female clients
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Compassionate, dependable, and supportive demeanor
